On the market for the first time in 25 years, The Top Hat Bar is one of Missoula's oldest establishments. A building rich in historical value, The Top Hat offers a unique location - in the heart of downtown Missoula and within walking distance to the University of Montana.  For those of you intrigued by the building's early history, famous radio talk show personality, Paul Harvey, began his career in a broadcast room upstairs.  A collage of group photos from past musical performances paints a picture of The Top Hats' colorful history.  Many a "good times" has been had at The Top Hat throughout the years.

There are 3 front entrances to the main level as well as separate entrances to the upstairs and lower level - giving this building the flexibility to utilize each level. Alley access to off-street parking is located in the back of the building.

The back bar was built by Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company of Chicago, one of the leading manufacturers of saloon bars and nationally known for their quality craftsmanship and collectability.
